The last 2 weeks I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week. Starting today I'm taking soda out of my life and then once I've been without it for a month I'm going to start taking sweets out starting with brownies, cakes and cookie dough... lol
I'm not working out to lose 20-30 pounds (even though that would be nice) I'm working out to stay HEALTHY! I would also like to tone up and fit better into my clothes. This is not a new years resolution (because my new years resolutions tend to get dropped after about 3 weeks). I feel good about this and I'm going to stick with it.
Some of my friends and husband are helping me when it gets hard. I'm trying to think of goals to set for myself. Like take weekly walks, bike or hike.
My questions to everyone here.... how do you stay healthy?... and what kind of goals do you set for yourself? do you have tips, tricks or advice to help keep yourself motivated or even about working out in general?
