Over the years we have seen all those strange arrest mug shots.
A lot of those mug shots create memorable moments.
Here is one of a man with an American flag painted on his face.

A man arrested with his face painted like an American flag, was clearly one of those memorable moments.
We have learned from a report by the Miami Beach police that the American hero 31 year old, Eric Oram Butkiewicz. He was arrested at the Fontainebleau Hotel after police said he was trying to sell narcotics on the premises.

According to the report, Butkiewicz told police: "I possibly have three Xanax bars in my possession."
Police allegedly found 13 pills in his front pocket.
He was arrested for the illegal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arrested at 4:03 am.
